A first buy-in, step by step
- Decide your budget away from the floor and bring that amount in pesos.
- Read the sign on the table: it shows the game, the minimum and the maximum bet.
- Wait for the hand or round to finish, then place your notes flat on the felt — do not hand them to the dealer.
- The dealer counts the cash aloud, the supervisor confirms it, and chips are pushed across in exchange.
- For machines, insert notes or a ticket; the credit meter shows the value in pesos at the machine's denomination.
- When you stop, take chips or the printed ticket to the cage — cashing out is a separate counter and a separate step.
Never buy chips from another guest. Chips are redeemed only at the venue's cage, and staff can refuse chips that did not come from it.
